Hi, gurrrl! Are you ready to be amazed? Nothing much really and I am sure you’ve seen this quality before in your favorite nail polish brands, but you see I recently reopened my 7-month old Girlstuff Forever Nail Lacquer in Mystique and was surprised at my discovery.

Girlstuff Forever Nail Lacquer in Mystique (US$3.00 or PHP150.00) has a gold metallic finish infused with tiny sparkles. It leans warm, almost nude and looks more rose gold against my skin tone. Just so you know, I can wear any shade of gold all year ’round that’s why I really love Mystique.
This nail brand ignores ingredients like Toulene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde resin and camphor, which are supposedly bad to our health.

Okay. Let’s go back to my discovery. For a cheap price of P150, it’s expected that after few times of application, most nail polish bottles in this range will dry up and be almost useless, unless you do some tricks like dropping a tiny amount of lacquer thinner inside the container.
To my surprise, Girlstuff Forever Nail Lacquer in Mystique is still perfect and can be applied to my nails smoothly. However, the only struggle that I had to go through was I needed to cap on the bottle and to wait for few minutes before I start working on the next fingernail. Good thing I normally watch my favorite TV series while doing my nails so my life remains eventful.

This reminds me how I haven’t had my nails done in ages… Even putting just a polish on. But I used to have a couple of Girlstuff nail polishes before. Love the gold on your nails. It looks casual, chic, and pretty. 🙂
