ORDERING
i. SHOPPING OUR SITE

From the Top Navigation, click SHOP > Choose the item you wish to buy > Product Varations (size, color & quantity) > click Add to Cart > click Checkout (or click Continue Shopping) > Fill Out the Form > click Place Order.

ii. ABOUT PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Pre-ordered items are products, which have not yet been released and cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date.  When a pre-ordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date.  Please be aware that pre-order dates are approximate and subject to change.

i. PAYMENT METHOD

  • We accept bank deposit via Unionbank of the Philippines
  • We accept bank deposit via Banco De Oro (BDO)
  • We accept GLOBE GCASH payments
  • We accept PayPal

ii. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Our payment method details are provided to you at Checkout.
  • Kindly deposit full payment within two (2) working days upon receipt of your invoice.
  • We shall have the right to cancel orders due to lapse of payment period.
  • Please inform us through our Contact page once payment has been made.

i. UNDERSTANDING THE ORDER STATUS

Please log in to your LB account to view your purchase history, status, and tracking information.

  • New Order/Processing Order: Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details.  If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • Job Dispatched/Completed Order: Please check your email from us with a subject “[LB] Your Items Will Arrive Soon” It contains your tracking information.  Most packages are shipped via 2GO.
  • Closed Order: If you are happy and no concerns with your order, we’ll close the deal after 14 days from the job dispatched date.
  • Cancelled Order: We shall have the right to cancel orders due to lapse of payment period.

ii. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Simply visit our Track page and enter your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Here at Laarnaay’s Boutique, we believe satisfaction is the best policy, and each order is carefully packed and thoroughly inspected.  However, If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.  Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below and feel free to contact us for extra assistance.  Thank you!

i. RETURN & EXCHANGES CRITERIA

  • Merchandise shipped incorrectly.
  • Damage merchandise.

ii. RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, unwashed (for clothing) and in their original and smoke-free condition.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • We are not able to replace merchandise damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product, or you did not like the shade of the makeup, etc.
  • Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot always guarantee a merchandise replacement.

ii. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

SPECIAL OFFER INFORMATION

To redeem special offers online, you must enter your offer code(s) during checkout.  After entering offer code(s), adjustments will be made to eligible orders upon order completion.  Offers are valid while supplies last.  Please see specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other terms and conditions.  All offers are subject to verification.
