Online shopping for little black dresses is truly difficult if there are many beautiful dresses to choose from in front of your screen. Sounds familiar, huh? My proof was it took me days before I was able to only pick one and to finally bag this super pretty dress Something Borrowed Lace Sleeve Dress in Black (PHP839.00) and to completely make a qualified checkout at Zalora.
I wore this two-piece style dress for our Christmas family pictorial. I matched it with sparkly nude shoes, pearl accessories, neutral eye makeup and red lips. Playing a waiting game is as boring as folding clothes but I am very excited to see the prints soon!

Something Borrowed Lace Sleeve Dress is available in black and white. I fit in small size. It has a round neckline, has long lace sleeves adorned with flowers and leaves. It approximately gives the dress a undefined shoulder as it features raglan sleeves pulling out a slant connection from underarm to collarbone.
Another best feature of this dress, which I personally love is the flattering silhouette. Its upper portion is nicely fitted, which ends just above the navel and linked to a flared skirt with a hem that ends just above the knee. Fit and flare dresses always work for me because it has superpowers to hide my belly while emphasizing my flattering features like my legs.
ALTER & WINDY
While Something Borrowed Lace Sleeve Dress is such a versatile dress in my opinion, I have it altered before I actually wore it in public. Its length was too long for my liking. I asked the Alter Station near our place to trim it for 2 inches. It looks a lot better now than its original cut and I love it even more! For your reference: I stand 5 feet tall.
Something Borrowed Lace Sleeve Dress may be unfriendly during the windy days but it has been one of my pet peeves to see ugly shorts underneath a sexy dress. Solution: Wear sturdy boy shorts or boy leg undergarments. Avoid the windy situation if you can. Simply grab your dress and walk fast. Or ask your boyfriend or husband to cover you. Sorry if these suggestions are unhelpful at all. *laughs*
