PERKY VIOLACEOUS
Hello beautiful! I hope you are doing great! I’ve been occupied and very involved in sending our daughter to school and fetching her back almost everyday. But to keep me sane, sometimes my husband and I take turns.
Anyway, today’s post is all about one of my favorite creamy matte lipsticks that I have been wearing for a week now.
These days, I am trying to avoid too much attention and this lipstick shade serves that purpose.
So without further ado, let’s get started!
LIVELY VIOLET DETAILS
Maybelline ColorShow Lively Violet Creamy Matte Lipcolor (US$3.00 or PHP165.00) is a beautiful saturated, light tone of violet. Leaning more towards the cool side with a creamy matte finish that is easy to apply and very comfortable to wear. Long-wearing, non-drying, very pigmented.
I may be own a lot of lipsticks in different shades, finishes, and formulas but I just have few shades that I frequently reach for because of these reasons:
Color must be appropriate for everyday use;
And they must be an MLBB material.
Fortunately, Maybelline ColorShow Lively Violet lipstick carries all these features, which makes it a winner in my book.
IS IT FOR YOU?
I highly recommend Lively Violet if you are into matte but creamy purple/violet lipsticks in general or if you wish to try a new color other than your usual red or pink lipsticks. Packaging looks expensive but price is actually easy on the pocket.

So comfortable to wear that made me skip blotting off the excess product with a tissue. It also did not transfer on my teeth.
As you can see, Lively Violet dried down into a matte finish after few hours of wear. It was still non-drying and gave me a very good feeling on the lips.
