ON MARSALA’S SIDE
Being loyal is one of my favorite traits and this year I feel like I want to follow the 2015 beauty trends like a faithful dove. In fact, I started my Marsala (Pantone’s Color of the Year) hunt late last year, which made me decide to pick this Colour Collection High Definition Cinnamon Red Lipstick (PHP399.00 for 4g) up. I thought it could be a nice contender to the rest of the red wine-ish shades out there.
IN CINNAMON RED
Colour Collection High Definition Cinnamon Red Lipstick is a straightforward classic red lipstick. It has warm undertones. Non-intimidating, wearable, no bleeding, and easy to work with. However, the formula can be a little bit drying on the lips. You will be probably needing a lip gloss on top or lips should be moisturized well before applying this lipstick. Also, it needs to be applied in many layers to achieve desired results, which is fine in my opinion.
All in all, I like this lipstick. Perfect for busy days and quick errands.
